Admission Requirements
Standard Admission Students must meet the following criteria: 1. A letter of recommendation to enter the program from an employer/educational reference 2. Post-secondary diploma 3. Successful interview with school administration, at the discretion of the school 4. Be 20 years of age 5. Meet the English Language Proficiency Criteria if English is not the applicant's mother tongue. English Proficiency Criteria As English is the language of instruction in all programs at Makami College, we require all applicants to demonstrate communicative proficiency in the English language prior to admission acceptance. This will enable academic success for all applicants. Competence can be demonstrated by success completion of: 1. Alberta's English Language Arts 30-1 (Grade 12 English) or equivalent OR TOEFL IBT ESL test scoring 53-100 for applicants who speak English as a second language.

Student Aid

This program is eligible for full-time post-secondary assistance by Alberta Student Aid for the funding year 2024/08/01 to 2025/07/31*.
